Who operates Kraftcompute

Kraftcompute is a venture being tested by Tekton Capital, a venture studio that tests startup ideas. Once a venture graduates, a separate legal entity is formed in its own economic area.

During the test phase the operator is Tekton Capital Pte. Ltd. (Singapore). Sovereignty filters apply to the providers that host your workloads, not to Kraftcompute itself.

GDPR

Data processing agreements for your workloads are signed directly between you and the provider. Kraftcompute handles only business contact data and the details of your request. See the privacy policy.

Export controls and sanctions

• Every buyer is screened for parent company, ultimate owner and end use.
• EU dual-use rules: Reg. (EU) 2021/821 as amended by Delegated Reg. (EU) 2025/2003, which added advanced computing items and has applied since 15 Nov 2025 (EUR-Lex).
• US BIS red flags for training models for, or on behalf of, entities headquartered in Country Group D:5 or Macau (BIS policy statement).
• EU sanctions regimes on Russia and Belarus.
• End-use certificates on large deals.

EU Data Act

From 12 January 2027, providers of data processing services can't charge switching or egress fees (Art. 29, text). Every quote shows the exit and early-termination terms.

EU AI Act

Providers of general-purpose AI models must document the compute used for training (Art. 53 and Annex XI). Our quote and contract records help you do that.

What we don't do

Kraftcompute arranges physically delivered compute contracts signed directly between buyer and provider. It does not offer forwards, futures or any cash-settled product, and it never holds buyer funds.
