These terms apply to your use of this website and of Kraftcompute's quote service. Kraftcompute is operated by Tekton Capital Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us").

1. What we are

Kraftcompute is a broker and introducer. We are not a provider of compute, and we don't own or operate hardware or data centres.

2. Quotes

Quotes are offers from providers that we relay to you. The only binding terms are those you sign directly with the provider.

3. Fees

We are paid by providers. Buyers pay nothing for the quote service.

4. Liability

We are not liable for a provider's performance, availability or handling of your data. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is capped.

5. Your commitments

You confirm that the information you give us is accurate, that your end use is lawful, and that you comply with our acceptable-use policy.

6. Declining requests

We may decline any request at our discretion, including after company, sanctions or export-control screening.

7. Non-circumvention

Subject to counsel review. If we introduce you to a provider, you agree not to contract with that provider, directly or through a third party, in a way that avoids or conceals our introduction, for the contract term and any renewals.

8. Governing law

Subject to counsel review. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
