EU representative (GDPR Art. 27)

We are appointing an EU representative under Art. 27 GDPR and will list their details here.

Data we collect

  • What you enter in our forms: business contact details and the details of your request.
  • Your IP address. When you submit a form, it is passed to Cloudflare Turnstile for the bot check and used for rate limiting. We store it only as a salted hash, in rate-limit records and with each form submission.
  • Bot-check signals from Cloudflare Turnstile on form pages.
  • Aggregate visit statistics from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Answering your request and arranging quotes: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
  • Company, sanctions and export-control screening: Art. 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR.
  • Sending the price report: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time.

Recipients

  • Cloudflare, Inc., for hosting, database, email delivery, bot protection and analytics.
  • Providers you choose to be introduced to. With your request, we share only your spec and contact details.

International transfers

Subject to counsel review. Your data is processed by Tekton Capital in Singapore, and by Cloudflare in the United States and across its global network under Cloudflare's data processing terms. If you ask to be introduced to a provider, your spec and contact details go to that provider, which may be in another country.

Retention

  • Requests: 24 months after our last contact with you.
  • Rate-limit records: 24 hours, purged hourly.
  • Unconfirmed price-report sign-ups: deleted 7 days after sign-up, when the confirmation link expires.
  • Price-report subscribers: until you unsubscribe, which you can do at any time by emailing hello@kraftcompute.com.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To use them, email phj@tektoncap.com. You can also complain to a supervisory authority, for example Datatilsynet in Denmark.
